My husband and I have been going to Jossey for years. My Ford truck engine went up so the guy there who specializes in putting in engine put in an engine and told my husband and I that the engine, we paid nearly $4grand for, was like new. He said the engine had only 51k Miles. Not even 6 months later the engine goes up. I tow it to a dealership and was told that the engine was older. Definitely well beyond 51k miles. We were flat out lied to. That there was a gut punch because we had been faithful customers for years. Needless to say, we have moved on to a more notable trustworthy mechanic.

Spoke with the manager about my car and was able to get an appt for the next day. The work seems to be holding up but it has only been a week. A FB friend said they did great work so I came on that recommendation. There was another issue with a part needed to secure the system work to my car. they attempted to address so I give 4 star as they could have offered dealer parts to solve the issue but choose not to offer the option to me. I waited over an hour after my car was supposed to be done. Pic is attached.

All of my family take their cars there Al is the one who does the work however Emmanuel is wonderful as well but Al is my guy. The reviews about their car sitting there for days it's because it is an insurance issue so please tell the whole truth don't give these guys a bad name and never had an issue with them in all the years I've ever dealt with them.

Got my car serviced and got it back same day, a few hours later, which is so much quicker than most Baltimore shops. The mechanic who worked on my car, Al, was very communicative, upfront, honest, and had a great/positive attitude: again, something not typical of most Baltimore shops. The waiting area is a lil sketchy so I left to wait for my car, just a heads up.
