My car wouldn’t start and I didn’t know what to do or who could help without charging me a lot of money since it was an older car. Henry was awesome. He answered every question and followed up everyday to ensure me he could get my car back on the road. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays but JR auto service does just that. I plan to return so he can work on my other cars and refer him to my friends and family.

This repair shop has hands down the best auto mechanic I have ever worked with! I watched as Henry took my engine apart and he never referred to a manual and he didn't pause or take a break until he was finished. His service is stellar and his prices are reasonable and certainly market rate or a bit better. Great Shop!!!! I'm glad I found Henry!

Our driver was stranded near Jessup MD and needed a rear rotor installed plus the caliper and that we had on hand, Henry Cruz was espetacular and drove 30 miles to a RAM dealer to get the part with my driver, excellent service !
