JR Autobody Shop is the friendliest shop, most efficient shop I've experienced! JR (The owner) has a lot of experience when it comes to repair cosmetics, paint, fenders, cracks, and anything autobody. His shop is run by his family with a few other great professionals with keen, detailed-oriented eyes. JR's process is simple. Bring your car, he does the estimate, you keep your car while he researches the parts needed, emails you an estimate, you pay a security deposit, he orders the parts and gets to painting them, then call you up to bring your car and can have it turned around in a day. (But this is my case where it was just the front bumper, and I paid cash). JR is very efficient and friendly because he wants to provide the highest quality work any customer can experience because a great experience leads to a lasting relationship! Highly recommending anyone near and far by the Rockville, MD area!!!

I’ve taken my car to JR’s Auto twice now. JR did such a fantastic job about 7 years ago, especially after dealing with another VERY dishonest shop. Not only did JR discover there was structural damage that the other shop tried to shortcut, he spent a lot of time and energy negotiating with many different parties - auto insurance, dealership, and other vendors. His communication and integrity are top notch. The quality of his shop’s work was impeccable. We did not hesitate to reach out again when we needed his services. We highly recommend ONLY his shop for any body, paint and other services. Best customer service!!!!

JR and team did some body work on my Honda CRV and it looks better than when I bought it! Pricing is fair and JR is responsive, timely, and overall very kind and friendly.
