After having been a client of James and his team for 3 years, I'm finally leaving a well-deserved review. They truly work their hardest for their clients. What I appreciate most is their professionalism, which comes with transparency—they look after the issues in a highly responsible manner, while not inflating the bills. I sometimes check prices at another shop closer to home, but James' prices are always much fairer. Today he sent me home by telling me my battery is very good with no change needed.😂 Highly recommended!

My brother recommended Mr. James, and despite living way out in Germantown, MD, I decided to make the drive – and I'm incredibly grateful I did! When my 2017 Ford Fusion developed a coolant leak just after hitting 100,000 miles, I shopped around to three different mechanics first. My car has all 4 low tire and I went to this place，the boss was really nice to fix it and when I wanted to pay，he just let me go. This is the best car service not only the boss was nice but he‘s very honest too！

I went to this place for car maintenance for years, he took care of my car very well. Every time he checked my car super carefully, and he also found problems with my brake and stuff. He always well explained the stuff and charged a really affordable price. Really appreciated. Now I moved to a different state, still cannot find a similar mechanic guy like him. :(

I have been taking my cars to Mr. James for the last 15 years. I had a Avalon, a Lexus GS400, a LS400 and now a Rav4. I moved further away, and tried to find a mechanic that was closer, but the experience was not the same. I even told my cousin about his and Mr. James is his go-to Mechanic. Mr. James is worth the trip and I will be returning my services to him. He service is always speedy and his prices are more than reasonable. I love this guy!!
