TERRIBLE! Dropped my car off at 10 am when my appointment was! This appointment was estimated to last 2 HOURS! I called at 1, they told me they hadn’t even started but can assure me it will be done by 5:30 when they close. 4 pm rolls around they call me and tell me they cannot have it finished and to come and pick my car up they will put it back together. I arrive to pick up my car at 5 pm and he apologizes blaming my car for being hard to work on - well yeah when you don’t start till 3/4 hours after my appointment it’s not going to get done!!! Don’t blame my car though - poor time management more so.
