My name is Meredith and my wife and I are loyal customers of KDDS Auto in Lanham, MD. They consistently deliver some of the best customer server experiences I've ever had. Derrick (Shop Owner/Mechanic) and Anthony (Mechanic) always greet me and my wifey with a friendly smile, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service as usual! They ensure seamless and efficient jobs with diagnosing the true root cause and permanent resolutions for every vehicle we've ever brought to them, which always results in optimal performance of our vehicles. Their dedication to excellent customer service, integrity and professionalism are second to none and reflects great credit upon themselves and the KDDS Auto brand. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 out of 5 stars without hesitating. When you have a vehicle problem, make sure you run and come and see Derrick and Anthony ASAP so they can genuinely square you vehicle away. I give them the utmost recognition/honorable mention for their amazing friendly service, attentiveness and professionalism. :o)
