The folks at Kelly’s did a great job with the repairs to my car. I had a very tight timeline to complete the work, and not only did they do a great job with the paint and bumper, they also took the time to clean my car inside and out and get her looking almost new. I really appreciate the care they took with my car. Although I hope not to need this kind of work again, if I do, I will definitely go back.

These guys are great! It's family owned and the entire family is really kind, professional and they know their stuff. I had a slight fender bender with my 2015 Grand Cherokee that required both back bumpers (lower and upper) to be replaced. Joe and his team pre-ordered the parts, painted them the exact navy blue as my Jeep, and when I brought it in to be repaired, it only took them until the next morning and it was done. And it looks great! Very happy with results and with my interactions with the Kelly family and team. Thanks so much, you guys!

Felt like family! Tom wrote my estimate and really made me feel like he cared about my safety. I had lost a driver side mirror in the incident and he even mentioned he was trying to squeeze me in because of the danger of driving without a mirror. He got me in immediately and my repair was done in the 3 days promised. They also charged what the estimate was with no add-ons. When I picked the vehicle up, the folks in the office could not have been nicer, just made you feel at home. If you are in need of collision repair and are in the Cockeysville area, you are crazy if you don't give these guys a try! I'm just saying! Is there positive reviews here are absolutely for real! I even joked with them about that when I picked up my vehicle. Thank you to everyone at kelly's! And I can't not mention the tech that worked on my vehicle did an amazing repair job and matched the 2013 blue paint perfectly, that I'm sure it was no easy task! Thanks to everyone at kelly's!

We had a great experience with Kelley’s Auto Body Shop. The team was patient and kind to my elderly mother, who has both hearing challenges and a language barrier. They made sure she felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. The repair work was done beautifully, and the portion not covered by insurance was very reasonably priced. Tom Kelley was professional, communicative, and went out of his way to keep us updated every step of the way. Excellent service all around — highly recommended!

He actually listened to my priorities—finding the right balance between cost and repair quality—and gave me multiple options instead of a one-size-fits-all quote. When I followed up with questions about the itemized costs, he walked me through each charge and why it was necessary. I really appreciate the clarity, transparency, and willingness to educate the customer. Even before the work begins, I feel confident choosing Kelly’s.
