After hitting a deer and damaging the front end of our vehicle, our insurance totaled the vehicle. We talked to 3 different body shops that refused to do any work on our car since it was declared totaled. We called Kelly's and they said bring it in and we'll take a look. They did an amazing job, you would never know it was in an accident. We drove away with an extremely happy teenager and a great experience!

I had my back bumper damaged in a parking lot on Friday. Took it to Kelly’s today (Monday) fully expecting them to keep it for at least a week while repairs were made. Much to my delight, they fixed it today in less than an hour, for a very reasonable price! They are by far the best body shop around! Don’t go anywhere else!

Excellent and honest service. They saves us from a scam body shop recommended by insurance that wanted to total the car. The former shop actually caused more damage to the car in their assessment. Bob and his team fixed it for a very reasonable price and in excellent time. The car looks better than before the accident.

I would say this is the best place in Salisbury to fix your vehicle. Once I arrived my car was checked right away and got estimate in minutes. Customer service is great, everyone is polite and friendly. Vehicle was fixed in reasonable time, and perfectly done. Whenever I called phone was picked up right away and they answered all my questions. And pricing of services competes with all other similar local businesses. Overall it was great experience.
