Called on July 4th and left message to contact after holiday. I went online and put in an email request to contact too. Monday, no call after the weekend, so I called Tuesday and coordinated for Thursday July 10th Mobile Service to have the damage on my camper looked at for repair. They cancelled because it was cloudy that day, and they rescheduled for the next day sometime. Friday, they showed up without calling prior and before did not give a window of arrival other than sometime in the morning or afternoon. They arrived late afternoon spent two hours with no results after using my tools as they did not seem to have any of their own in their truck. They called Ken (owner) who apparently is the more experienced of their group, but he was unavailable as he was between a few other jobs. In the end, they only charged me the $150 Mobile Service charge not an hourly rate on top of that, so I was fortunate. They scheduled for pickup to take the camper to their shop almost two weeks later, but I cancelled ahead of that pickup date. END RESULT: I had another RV repair company that I contacted immediately after Ken Do team departed, and I left a VM. They called right back, scheduled an appt, called the day before for confirmation, gave us a 2hr window of arrival, called/text 30mins out (for tech arrival notice), and completed assessment and started repair/ordering parts for replacement inside 2hrs.

I'm shocked as to how this place is even in business to be honest. I called back in the beginning of September to have warranty work done on my camper. Ken came out and looked at the things that needed to be replaced, wrote those down and then left. Since then itslike pulling teeth to get any answers. I've called more than a dozen times asking for something, anything and all I get is that Ken will need to call me back, which he never does and that they are busy. I get you may be busy but too busy to make a 5 minute phone call? I stopped calling and then called my warranty through Keystone on December 17th and they told me Ken has never sent in any paperwork about my warranty repair work. This place is a joke and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere......

Ken, Jimmy, Courtney and crew are amazing! They made my dream come true! They helped me completely restore a 93 travel trailer that had a great deal of water damage. Ken has amazing ideas and made suggestions along the way keeping in mind my vision. Ken & Jimmy's attention to detail made the interior, body work and paint job look like the camper was brand new! After seeing their quality of work, I asked them to help me fix up an old golf cart too.

I'm absolutely delighted with the full renovation Ken-Do's completed on my 1972 Winnebago Brave in June 2022! From the perfect new paint job with updated colors to reconstructing his "eyebrows" with new wood to the gorgeous Carolina pine floors and solar panel system, these guys poured a ton of talent and care into my vintage camper. I feel like a celebrity driving it, with all the honks, waves, thumbs ups, and people wanting to see it and talk wherever I stop. Huge gratitude to Ken and his crew, who have become great friends of mine. Now I'm having a blast working and living full time in this antique-but-modern beauty. I highly recommend you get your vintage rig to Ken-Do's!

Came down for bikeweek front side of class c ripped off at 60 mph. Didnt no what to do campground recommend ken do s. I called on a sat they had me send pics. half hour later the said they could help me. I left the camper on tuesday and it was finished on sat so we could go home. Excellent service and price would highly recommend.
