This is a great local family run service. Everyone was accommodating and easy to chat with about any concerns. I especially appreciate they take the time to explain their process thoroughly, so you know what you’re paying for and why. Very straightforward. Prices are the just that as well, I’d say they’re more affordable than most.

Very thorough shop. They gave me an accurate price at quote, finished the job quickly, took pictures and have reasonable labor costs. However, I found OEM parts from the GM Dealer down the road for half of what Kens Automotive charged me for parts. The parts were in-stock and quoted by GM Fitzgerald. I could have avoided that surprise at the credit card reader by asking for a breakdown at the initial quote and verifying part costs before the work was done. I will still recommend them. Just do your research on your quote breakdown.

Very positive experience with Kim and her team (particularly Nick) at Ken’s Auto. My diesel van needed a quick diagnosis and fix (DEF fluid issue) and they made it all happen on a busy day. I observed only positive attitudes, received a clear explanation of the work, and…bonus, I was charged a very fair rate. A long time ago I had a vehicle that had an issue with the transmission and I took it to another mechanic and they tried to charge me 3000.00. I told them I was going to get a second opinion and I took it to Ken’s Transmission and they looked at it and told me it was something minor and charged me 58.00. I remembered that and went to them again with my other vehicle and they were still very kind and nice and fixed my issues and I am very happy with their service. Keep being trusting and kind and you will always be blessed. Thanks for everything.
