I stumbled on Ken's Service Center under the least desirable circumstances -- a breakdown along Rt 295 in a relatively unconventional, almost vintage car (1992 Corvette). I live in Baltimore and commute to Ft Meade, so was unfamiliar with the service centers in the area; I had my tow driver take it to the nearest shop (Ken's) and I'd sort it out the next day. With great fortune, I found a service advisor (Kelly) who listened to my concerns and a technician (Kenny) who took the time necessary to correctly diagnose my issue and keep me informed all along the way. I was so pleased with the level of attention I received that I decided it would be a good time, while the car was in the shop, to have my four tires replaced. Kenny recommended an affordable yet fully appropriate option that I am exceedingly pleased with. Can't say enough good things about Kenny, Kelly, and Ken's.

Today I had the most prompt, professional experience with Ken’s. I dropped my car off in evening and had a diagnosis by 8:10 the next morning. Communication is one of their strengths. The repair was completed at the quoted price and I picked up that evening. I have had number of similar experiences with this operation. I highly recommend using them and found them to be honest and trustworthy!!

Went for an oil change. When I got home oil was leaking out of the drain plug (which was only half screwed in) and after I took it to the local shop. The oil filter looked like it had not been changed and was over tightened. See Pictures Since my original post I am have received a refund and a sincere apology.
