Finally an honest mechanic who cares about customer service and takes pride in their work! Italo and his team are amazing! Took my Mercedes, my niece and my sister’s cars here and got all 4 brakes, rotors, oil changed and struts replaced with quality parts for half the price of the dealership! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Italo and Kensington Motors for the better part of the past 6 years. He was recommended to me by a family member and I couldn't be more thankful that a mechanic of Italo's integrity and caliber exists. He is always completely upfront with me and ensures that my car is in better working order than when I dropped it off. He always shows me the work that has been completed on the car, never overcharges me, and stays true to his word. I've been to many shops in the past few decades, but they all pale in comparison to the level of Italo's shop. A mechanic with his transparency and regard for your vehicle is rare to find this day and age. Give him a call, you'll be glad you did.

I have taken my Mercedes Benz here a couple times now. The owner Atalo is professional, knowledgeable and HONEST. I feel comfortable letting him work on his recommendations without hesitation because I trust his judgment. The prices here are fair and the turnaround time is great! My car is usually done within a few hours. He is definitely a gem and his shop truly deserves all the recognition!

Italo is a very dissent person. He is honest. He is professional. Has reasonable price. He gets out of his way to do repairs. My son and myself are very pleased. It is rare to find a mechanic like him. We are glad to find him. We recommend him to anybody. He did a very good job on the 2001 corolla.

Finding a good mechanic that you can trust is harder than it should be, but ever since I was referred to Italo a couple of years ago, I wouldn't take my car(or my daughters) anywhere else. Great work, great pricing, no hard upsell, but if he recommends that something be done, I have no qualms respecting his judgment. His estimates generally are higher than the final price (shocking in this day and age) and he has often done additional work without asking, billing for it, or even mentioning it to me. I hesitated to even write this review because I would selfishly like to keep him a well-guarded secret, but it's only fair that he gets the recognition he deserves.
