I parked in downtown Bethesda and some clown hit my car mirror. And the coward didn’t have the decency to leave a note (I know, naïveté on my part). Anyway This is the 6th time (over 10 years) I have been always brought my damaged cars to this Kenwood Auto-body and have never been disappointed! Their regular communication in a manner I chose was outstanding and they delivered when they said they would David and his team are incredibly professional and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Kenwood did an amazing job repairing my car after it was damaged by a fallen branch. The process was smoothe and I was updated regularly on the status of the repair. The receptionists and the guy I talked to (David) were all professional and easy to work with. I would give 5 stars but when I picked up my car, I noticed that the seat memory buttons weren't working. I had to come back and wait an hour while they fixed it which was an inconvenience. I would think they would do some QA like a checklist to make sure all connections are made after disconnecting anything. Aside from that, they were great and I would definitely go back for any future repairs.
