Paid $600+ for premium rotors, pads, and calipers. After the order he could only provide OEM rotors but still charged the same. The front right wheel almost fell off after leaving because it was not torqued down (another mechanic told me I was minutes away from a crash when I came in). The rusted brake hardware was also not changed out, causing excessive squeaking, but that wasn’t half my worry after realizing the wheel was loose. Clark’s not only overcharged, but did not offer any support on the spot when I returned and asked me to come back three days later. I am going out of my way to tell friends not to go here. UPDATE: After speaking with other locals I heard another story where a neighbor of mine on Bond St nextdoor went into Clark’s for a check engine light. Clark’s “fixed” it by cutting the check engine light wire and this was not noticed until they had an emissions check. Baffled this place has more than 4 stars. I cannot trust them at all after my experience. Highly recommend M&M Auto on bond st or just a Firestone. They’ll do better work.

Very unreliable place. Website said they’re open at 7:30. Waited over an hour for them and finally took my car across the street. I was gonna drop my key in the box but then I realized you could easily reopen the key box, which means anyone can drive off with your car. I can’t speak to the quality of their service.

Our key was stuck in the ignition and they took it in right away and helped us fix the gear shift. They're also sourcing a part for us that has been difficult to find. We really appreciated their timely and professional service!

I drove down from New Jersey for a remodeling trade show. We had an issue with our 2009 Chevy Silverado not starting so we brought it over. Without hesitation Joe stopped everything he was doing and made my vehicle a priority. And even though we weren't able to locate the parts we needed fast enough for us to have the repair done and get back to New Jersey, Joe managed to get my vehicle running temporarily long enough to get us back home. Knowing we were from out of state and needed to get back on the road as soon as possible Joe could've really taken advantage of us. But instead he charged us next to nothing, wished us well, and even asked us to call him to let him know that we had made it home safe!! If that's not classy I don't know what is!! I would seriously recommend taking your vehicle there if you're looking to have repairs done by someone who is honest and a true gentleman. Thanks again Joe!! I wish you nothing but the best!!

My whole family takes our cars to Clark's. They are quick and have great skill/service. They take time to explain what is or isn't wrong with your car. We'll continue to use their services.
