Very Well experienced Mecanics. I had a spot (baltimore body works) tell me their was a problem with my engine and pretty much they wished me fair well and told me good look after they inspected/diagnosed my car, I reached out to khan Automotive they found the correct problem with my car and got it fixed in a very short time, if you ever experience your car sitting in the lot for more than a day it’s because the shop does a great job at fixing cars meaning a lot of people go there when having car problems so it’s usually busy because they have a lot of business but I’m very satisfied with the repairs on my vehicle knowing other shops were giving me a hard time!!!

I recently had the engine mounts replaced on my 2010 Mazda 3 at Kahn's Auto Repair. Mr. Kahn told me that he had replaced all the parts I provided, including the motor mount, transmission mount, rear engine mount, and rear torque strut mount, when he returned my vehicle. However, when I checked beneath my vehicle, I found that the old torque strut mount was not replaced, meaning he did not replace that part. Today, I went back to ask him about this, and he treated me impolitely. Additionally, he did not return my new part. His customer service is very poor. Mr. Kahn, you are providing a service for a fee, so you should do so honestly. Please do not be arrogant with customers and please tell the customer whatever you did with explanation in a polite way.
