After the repair, I noticed a burning electrical smell while driving, which was not present before. I later discovered that a ground wire had been missed during installation and left disconnected. When I returned, they only reconnected the missed wire and did not perform a proper inspection or diagnose the cause. This shows the repair was not completed correctly and created a serious safety concern. They promised completion in one week, then extended it by another week, but I was not contacted even after three weeks. I had to call myself to find out the vehicle was finally ready.

Great customer service and terrific repair work. My car was damaged in a hit and run so I was pretty grumpy, but King Street Collision responded immediately with phone calls and email reminders after I chose them to do the repairs with GEICO based on Washington Checkbook reviews. They coordinated everything with Enterprise so I was picked up and they arranged the rental pick up when all was finished. They cleaned my dirty car and it looks good as new!

Brought my vehicle here to be repaired after a minor collision. The parts took awhile to come in (around 6 days) but I think that was more so GEICO dragging their feet. The repairs were done beautifully, you can’t even tell something happened. I was always able to reach someone when I called and the follow up was done very consistently. They even cleaned my car (interior and exterior) and I think topped off my gas when I went to pick up. Extremely impressed with the service I got.

They’re still repairing my car so will edit this when I get it back but the constant updates and great communication have been very helpful! Edit- received car in expected time frame they gave me and everything worked out well.
