As a young professional, Chip serviced my very first car in 1985. And, after a few joy rides ☺️, my second and third. He is now servicing my last... I have my precious Angel back, and I could not be more grateful. Thank you Chip.🙏💫

I have an older vintage Pontiac that just wasn't running right. Chip diagnosed the issue. Made a couple other needed repairs --- all with economy and safety in mind‼️Car running better than ever. Awesome, local small business. Performed maintenance on my other vehicles. Friendly. Professional. Recommending to all my friends and associates in the area!

We were heading to the dealership to change our tires when we got a flat and turned into knollwood to see if they could help. The man who greeted us came out to look at the car immediately, identified the puncture and plugged it so we could continue to the dealership to get the car service. Because of his help and incredible service, we got back on the road within 10 mins and he wasn't even going to ask for payment. I very much appreciated knollwood's and would recommend to others.

Stop reading this. No really, stop! You see the only thing wrong with Knollwood is that too many people know how great they are to work with. The shop is led by people with a combination of competence and a willingness to genuinely look out for their customers. In my case, that included their suggestion that I go to a shop specializing in exhaust work for part of my needs. That saved me about 2/3 of what I would have had to pay Knollwood because of their ability to weld in a generic catalytic converter instead of replacing a large assembly. The only (other) reason I've occasionally taken a vehicle elsewhere is that because so many people know how good they are, it can take several days to get an appointment. So, if you ignored my advice and kept reading, I guess you're now one of those people. Oh well, see you at Knollwood, I guess. :-)

I am very pleased with the work that they do and their honesty to their customers. I was having a check engine light with my car, they took a look at it, and told me it was probably just gas cap that was old and worn. The dealership wanted to do so much more and that really was what the problem was. If I ever have any issues again, if I am in the area this is this place that I am going to go!
