My car was stranded at Walmart with a bad ignition switch (key would not enter the ignition, and on top of the, the steering wheel was in Lock mode, with the car facing the side of the building - I mention all this for a reason...). Needing the car towed to a VW dealership, I called around and Knott's was not only the cheapest but the friendliest that I spoke to. Tow driver John M arrived within a half-hour and set about calmly and carefully getting my car on the truck, which was no easy task, considering those factors I mentioned before - there were cars parked all around my vehicle, the steering wheel was locked, it was parked head-in facing the building, and the car could not be started. He did an excellent job, and the car was delivered safely and promptly. NOTE - this is unrelated - if you happen to be a VW owner, and need to have your disabled car towed to a nearby VW dealer, I strongly recommend you opt for Pohanka in Salisbury before even thinking about Winner in Dover. Winner quoted me $2330, Pohanka did it for $1360.

I called about a Tow, didn't get the name of who I spoke to when I called but was treated with respect. I was informed that there would be a bit of a wait as driver was out on another call. Driver called when he was ready to go get my car. He Also was courteous and respectful both over the phone and in person.

These folks are just amazing. I don't have enough words to describe the superior customer service the folks can provide. Let's just say they took a really crappy day and ended it for me in the most amazing way. Absolutely a first class operation! I hope you don't need their services, but if you are east of the bay bridge and have car troubles, call these guys and let them take care of you. Stellar operation! Above and beyond! You don't find folks like this anymore!

I have truly met my Angle tonight! What a pleasure John is to come to my rescue tonight! I was stranded with what I thought was major car problems! John showed up @ 711 so nice and down to earth ask me what my issue was and made me feel comfortable and happy at the end of my tow home! He went above and beyond my expectations!
