Misleading Inspections, Inflated Charges, and Zero Accountability We brought our car to this dealer for routine service and a full inspection. Everything checked out fine. A few days later, our check engine light came on, so we returned—trusting the work they had just done. What happened next was unbelievable. Their “inspection results” suddenly listed multiple CRITICAL issues—the exact same items they had already inspected and approved days earlier. Conveniently, this came with a $1,700 quote for repairs. It felt like a blatant attempt to swindle us. When we spoke with the lane manager, the story changed fast. We were told they only listed those items as critical because of mileage, but since we just brought it in, everything “should be fine.”So, did they actually check or not?? Why were items marked as critical - some with $500 price tags?? To make matters worse, the actual issue turned out to be minor—but they still charged an astronomical labor fee. Communication throughout was poor, confusing, and evasive. Then came pickup. We were explicitly told the car was ready. When we arrived, it was not ready at all—we ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes. During this time, we were rushed and brushed off, and the main person we had been dealing with—Scott—had already left before we even arrived. This shop was: ❌ Uncommunicative ❌ Unprofessional ❌ Inconsistent ❌ Dishonest But most of all, they tried to double-charge and backpedaled when called out. If you value honesty, transparency, and fair pricing, avoid this shop at all costs. We won’t be returning—and neither should you. Last note.This is small, but they didn’t even wipe off the car hood before pickup. Receipts were on the floor.

Went for transmission service. Said 2.5 hours. Got a rental missing a hub cap. Not a huge deal but not ideal. Called back after 3 saying machine was in need of service and they would do in the morning. Called in morning saying they couldn’t do it until midweek. They were able to do tire alignment. Got a free car wash voucher though. Customer service did their job and were friendly and accommodating best they could.

*Beware of shady practices* Brought my car in for a check engine light issue. Had just come in a week prior for routine maintenance during which I paid for an alignment. While addressing the check engine light issue they did another inspection before running diagnostics. Suddenly multiple items worth thousands of dollars were showing up as “critical” and “failing”….including the alignment which had just been done a week before. When I called the lane manager about this he was literally stumbling over his words as he tried to tell me that they just listed those items based on my mileage and that they were actually fine. I was stunned by this because that tells me they were not actually inspecting my vehicle. And if I had been an elderly or unsuspecting person I would have paid thousands of dollars for work that didn’t even need to be done. I was really disappointed to see such shady behavior from a Toyota dealer. Won’t be going back.

Oil change and tire rotation. Service department employees in the garage were slow to meet me as I came in, more interested in watching something on each other’s phone. Once inside with my service advisor, Matt had everything running smooth. Provided me detailed information on costs and even provided me with a coupon code to discount the oil change on top of the 25K service on my Tacoma. Five stars for Matt, the service writers, not so much.
