I have had a fairly positive experience at this location and really positive experience with Stacey. They are courteous & attentive. They have not kept me waiting too long while onsite. They explain the details of your problem and solution. They follow-up and make you feel valued. However, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I have been waiting on a part to be replaced for an extended amount of time. I mentioned this “speaker cover” not being aligned near my passenger windshield on my brand new 2025 hummer upon purchase, and that was 11 months ago. It’s not a defect that completely ruins the vehicle ownership experience but I look at this defect every single time I enter the vehicle. I’ve owned 20 plus vehicles over my years & This is my 1st brand new car, I bought all the warranty options possible and asked this to be repaired / replaced at least 3 - 4 times but I’m still waiting on the part. Also my steering wheel leather tore almost immediately, and it was not fixed, and a paint chipping occurred but my warranty on the paint wasn’t addressed. These incidental defects are not catastrophic in my eyes, But no one wants to buy something brand new and have it immediately not look brand new, especially after adjusting it.

Brought my EV for a battery alert. The alert ended up going away, but I very much appreciated their customer service. They got me a Lyft to and from work so I didn’t have to sit at the service center all day and use my time off. They were very nice and used covers in my seat while they assessed things.

Was able to have my car serviced for routine maintenance even though the app did not transmit the appt reservation to the dealer. Kudos to Koons for still honoring my appt and getting me out of the shop in a reasonable time period. Keep up the excellent service!

Excellent customer service overall. Everything was done in a timely manner for oil change and tire rotation. Only complaint is the price for an oil change. Wow!! Only thing that saved me was my GM rewards points that lowered the total cost. Never thought I would pay $120 for synthetic oil change. Tire rotation price was fine.

Dave was awesome . A bit of a mix up in setting my appointment and wrong parts ordered but Dave made it right from the start. I’m from out of state and needed my ignition cylinder replaced and dave made sure I was updated and took my concerns very serious. He was pleasant professional and funny and made my frustration disappear. I’d cross state lines anytime to have his service . THANKS DAVE
