My recent experience with Koons Collision Center was very good. The customer service was excellent and the staff was very professional. The people that stood out to me were Mrs Slay, Jeff, Sharon, Ashley, and Swift. Koons as a whole has always done right by me.

Five stars for George (goes by Chip)! Thanks for taking care of my mercedes so well, going the extra mile to get it extra clean after a bummer of a fender bender. Definitely great to have a collision center that offers a reliable and solid job and friendly service. Everyone was great- from Chip to the receptionist who checked us out, (everyone except for that lady at the front desk on the Saturday that we brought the car who glared at us the whole time and grumbled at the staff as well- she's in the wrong job)- but she shouldn't impact the review for everyone else's outstanding work. Five stars. Hope not not be back, but if we have to, this is where we'll come.
