I would not recommend service at this dealership. Their pricing is misleading and they love to tack on B.S. charges. When you book a service appointment, you input your make and model and then they give you a list of services and what appears to be a price for each service. However, that is not the price because they will tell you that it says prices may vary depending on the make and model of the car. Plus they add on the dumbest charges: 2.49 "document retention fee" and $4.00 for "shop supplies". That is called overhead and where are they storing my documents that it costs them $2.49?

Today is the second time we bought a vehicle from Koons Mazda. Elijah, and Sam were great. But omg Sid, he truly made this experience awesome! Sid answered all my questions and always got back to be. He is so professional and so polite. You have to ask for Sid!!! If he says he’s going to do something, he does it!! He is The Best!!!!

I wanted to give a shout out to the service dept. that takes care of my 2019 Mazda CX-5. The service staff has always been courteous, helpful, and do their absolute best to take care of my car while I wait. I have mainly gone for oil changes, etc., and one larger routine service which was/is included in my warranty. From the person that greeted me and signed me in after taking my keys (maybe his name was Sidney?) to Jeremy Rucker who was my point person on 4/29/2024, they have a well run operation there. Jeremy explained the routine maintenance, and was very helpful and went above and beyond in a situation where I am grateful to have his assistance. The time before, I had a gentleman explain the resetting of my screen. The service people take time to help. (For the future, I am having an issue with my USB and speaker, but had to forego the diagnostic as I can't do the est. $185 at this time. I will report back when I get those things looked at.) The waiting room is always clean and I noticed how different staff were coming in and tidying up the coffee area and making sure all the components were filled. (Thank you for not making us drink powdered creamer -- especially when you have a machine that grinds and brews the beans! We appreciate the liquid creamer and the decent coffee!!!)
