Great place, friendly people, good service! I've been coming to this station for a few years and have always had good experiences. They've always been friendly and accommodating and a great communicators when there's an issue. On my most recent visit, their free coffee machine needed some attention, and I mentioned it to one of the staff - and within minutes someone was out to fix it up and get it ready so I could enjoy my coffee while I wait in their lounge. They also gave me email updates when my car was ready and with a detailed invoice so I could have that for my records before I even ask. Overall, I'd recommend coming here for oil changes in service if you're looking for a great customer service experience!
Reisterstown Jazz Ensemble
The service person Molly is great and helpful. The evaluation and estimate was useful, but I feel that everything is overpriced. It’s at least triple to quadruple more expensive than the actual price of parts and labor costs. I know it is because I have done the research and gouging the customer is not good business. It seems it’s okay to overprice filters and bulbs that’s ridiculous by its self. If it was reasonable I would have it done, but now I must do it myself. I’m not happy about that.

Milo assisted with coordinating the service. He was very cordial and professional during the interaction. Milo explained the process thoroughly, to include how to follow along online with the progress of the service. I was able to review the pass, fail, and suggestions for systems on the car. I was able to accept, or deny certain procedures. The process of scheduling service was easy and, and onsite contract was efficient. The waiting area is clean and accommodating to include coffee, seating, and plugs for your devices if needed. I highly recommend Koon’s Westminster Toyota, and Milo for your service needs.

Good communication, multi-day loaner car included free with my repair, which was huge helper with my job(s). Dealership prices were unavoidable with my major ABS system repair, but at least my car is fixed right the first time and safe to drive again. Thanks

Service advisor was Jacob him and the staff were very friendly and gave estimates on how long it would take and the run down of what’s being done. Got my car back pretty quickly! Also has a nice waiting area as well and they come get you once your vehicle was done.
