I purchased a ‘2025 Chevrolet Traverse three months ago and it is such a beautiful vehicle that when I received a scratch on it I wanted to take care of it in the proper fashion. I had heard about the great scratch and dent people at Koons Chevrolet so I took it in for advice as how to proceed. It came down to painting or touch up work. That’s where Denny came in. He walked me through the various processes until I felt comfortable with my decision. His candor and professionalism in the trade helped me through this and the vehicle looks great ! ! ! So glad that I didn’t go the touch up route.

Brought my truck in for warranty work, oil change, diagnostics on a check engine/emissions light, etc. First time bringing my truck here. The reviews are accurate; they did a great job. From the person who initially answered the phone when I called, to the service advisor (Courtney) who stepped up to help during the scheduling process, to the service manager (Brian), the cashier, and even the older fellow who assisted me when I had a question about an engine noise as I was leaving...EVERYONE was polite, friendly, and professional. Brian offered me a nice rental car free if charge (without making me beg) which was waiting for out front when I dropped my truck off. The work was done quickly and properly in under 24 hours (ahead of schedule). Brian explained all the details of the repair to the emissions system. Picking up my truck was easy and fast. Dropping off the rental car was easy. Honestly, with all the poor service I see everywhere post-pandemic, somehow this place goes above and beyond. I will definitely return and I highly recommend this service center. Special thanks to Brian.

Bought my used vehicle at Koon’s White Marsh and everyone from start to finish, even after, was amazing. Had some small issues after purchase and the service crew took care of me. I also received a free first service visit (oil change and inspection). Nicolas in service was great at explaining processes and recommendations. Super friendly and polite. This by far was the fastest car purchase I have ever had. Showed up 2:30 and deal was done on paper by 330 pm. The rest of the time was waiting to get into finance and getting the car detailed. Ethan was a breath of fresh air that made my car buying experience so easy. His vast knowledge of cars, far exceeds the everyday car salesman. He asked what I needed to make the deal happen and we got it done. Ethan went above and beyond for me and that is much appreciated. Chris, the Sales Manager, from behind the scenes made sure I got the best deal for the dealership and myself. It was a win/win deal. I highly recommend Chris and Ethan and Koons Chevy. Christopher did a great job handling and otherwise very bad situation. The engine went up in our Chevy Camaro SS1LE and they were willing to help us out replacing the engine. They did an amazing job and we’re very responsive when I called good work guys would definitely recommend doing business with them again.
