My salesperson, Pete, was excellent! However, the work that the shop performed could have been improved by paying closer attention to detail. The tires and wheels installed were excellent. But the tires were rubbing on sharp turns. A simple test drive after installation could have resulted in a quick wheel well trim. I had pod lights installed, and the installer discovered that the brackets were incorrect after drilling the holes. So they had to order the correct brackets and replace the trim to fix the unnecessary holes. Again, if all parts had been inspected before installation, this might have been avoided. The overall work, after being properly corrected, was fantastic.
