Brought our Volvo here after a city salt truck took off the driver’s side mirror and wrecked the door, fender and wheel well. Amir & co were so helpful — gave us regular updates, dealt with Geico, made sure all damage was covered, got all the quirky electronics calibrated — and at the end our car was as good as new. They even got Enterprise to come pick up the rental when our car was ready. Highest possible recommendation.

Fine work, Rude staff, and up-charge at the very end. Took a car here last month for body repair and this experience is still on my mind. K&S provided me with a reasonable quote for the work done and I was happy with the job. However, I was very disgruntled when it came time for payment upon completion. K&S up charged me 9% on an already expensive base cost. I would like to note that in Maryland it is illegal for an auto shop to charge more than 10% without prior authorization. After finding this out I looked to speak to the service adviser and manager. I was amazed at the level of disrespect I was shown as I questioned the up-charge. If you are looking for an unprofessional service and an up-charge, by all means take your car to K&S auto.

The staffs are sooo helpful. My tire is under low pressure and they figure out the problem within 30 minutes. And the price is very reasonable. If the problem is tiny, they won’t even charge you. Anyway, great experience. Definitely will be back again if there’s other problems.

Just had some work done to a damaged window and K&S did a super job as always. Been taking my Volvos to them for years and they always do a great job. Glad to have them in Baltimore!
