This business is owned by a young couple (Ted and Kye) that treat you like a person first (you communicate) and then a customer (perform the agreed work). Ted has over 20 years of experience working as a mechanic with dealership experience and training. Henry has over 10 years. Kye runs the front office. All are passionate about cars. I needed a shop to work on my 2024 BMW M2. This car is truly my love. I walked in with no appointment. I did not want to take my car to a "auto repair chain" or dealership for the work I needed. I wanted a true "garage" with "mechanics." La Saga Auto was exactly what I was looking for. Cost was very reasonable. I even insisted they include a tip. Stop and go inside. You will glad you found them.

I only have positive things to say about La Saga and the team! Ted, Jane, and Henry were super helpful, professional, knowledgable, and patient. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in detail. I didn't feel like a number, I felt like a friend. My car had some significant issues and they were able to fix it for me and explain preventative and future care for my car as well. The price was great and they even called to follow up to make sure everything was ok. I'll definitely be back. Go visit La Saga, you'll be happy with your experience!

If you're looking for thorough, talented, and honest mechanics, head over to La Saga. Ted and Henry are absolute pros, it's apparent in the quality and thoroughness of their work and how patient they are in explaining what/why/how things need to be done. Henry fixed my window without a new motor (which is what another shop told me I needed) because he had the patience to really look at the problem, and Ted is real life MacGyver - he really worked to save me from having to purchase an entirely new part kit when all we needed was one small piece (because it was safe and appropriate to do so in the situation). Henry and Ted both have years in dealership shop experience and it's clear their standards are very high, which is why they didn't just replace my ignition cylinder when the key got stuck (?!), but found the probable cause of the issue and addressed that so the new cylinder won't have the same issue down the line. Jane, office admin, also makes communication really easy and will walk you through quotes and invoices. If you value quality, LaSaga Auto should be your new shop.

I’m very happy with the service I received here. The mechanics were honest, transparent, and did excellent work on my car. They explained everything clearly and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. It’s not easy to find an auto shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend.
