I received timely communication, the service was completed as promised, I was given a loaner, and everything was handled efficiently. Happy to have come across the Annapolis Land Rover service shop! I drove from Ellicott City and drove past other dealerships who did not meet the LR standards. Getting an appointment, dropping off my car, and getting the recommendations were a breeze. They were also nice enough to shuttle me and my child off to the mall. You can just tell this one feels well managed and held to a higher standard. My service advisor was Melissa and she was so pleasant to work with.

Working with Melissa at JLR Annapolis is just a dream. She is extremely nice while being clear and transparent about the services being provided. Always feel taken care of by Melissa. In a recent service, we needed replacement parts but the cyberattack on JLR disrupted that. Melissa stayed on top of our needs and as soon as she could she got the replacement parts ordered and our car back into the dealership. She truly is amazing.
