I cannot say enough about Ms Pamela! She met my wife at the door and spent multiple hours on Multiple days going through all the specifics for the Range Rover we in which we had interest. She was so kind, and very knowledgeable. She was also very accessible via email and responsive to our many many questions:-) Tyler was also great to deal with during the finalization of the sale. He was very personable and fun to talk to. All the other folks with whom we interacted were also very kind and supportive. There was a definite FAMILY atmosphere that put us at our ease. The very positive experience we had working with Ms. Pam and the others weighed heavily in our decision to purchase. 5 stars for sure.

Over the past 24 months since I purchased my Defender, I’ve received nothing but truly professional service from the Land Rover team. Jonathan (Yoni), has been outstanding in his service and communication with me. During my recent service appointment an issue arose concerning my service contract. I was able to work with Yoni and Tyler to reach an amenable resolution. The Land Rover team was willing to openly communicate with me. I look forward continued cooperation and communication as we go forward. So far nothing but an extremely positive experience.

I had a great experience with Hunt Valley; Ryan Morse was informative and professional. I had an issue with my Range Rover I just bought 2/3 weeks prior at Land Rover Main in Wayne, PA and we found during my MD inspection there was an issue with my sway bar bushel and I was extremely disappointed that Wayne,PA let me leave with a vehicle not ready for the road. I talked with Ryan Morse and he did all the digging he could to make sure the vehicle would be safe to pass inspection. My experience with Hunt Valley, I will be back, as for Wayne, PA beyond dissatisfied with how they handled my situation as a new client.

Excellent service...got a timely appointment and got my vehicle on time as promised. George did a great job at reviewing my service and price point prior to the work being completed ensuring no surprises at pick up. The hand wash was also a nice touch. Looking forward to the new build out!

2024 Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE P400 - only 14k miles and in the shop for 10.5 weeks - from early Dec. 2024 through mid-Feb. 2025. If I could give a negative 10 star, I would. Jerzy as a service coordinator has been awesome - very good dude - I feel bad that he has to be the liaison to the customers who have so many challenges. The dealership has tried their best and LR North America couldn't figure out how to fix my issue for 10.5 weeks. The dealership as a whole is a joke. Led by their incompetent GM, Billy K - he's the worst. Literally sits in the customer lounge playing billiards/pool on his phone while watching Fox News and the Price is Right - zero cares given what-so-ever and has zero interest to have interaction with customers. Pic attached of Billy playing on his phone and watching TV while customers are in the lounge and he doesn't care at all. The dealer claims my vehicle is finally fixed, perfect, back to normal and yet when I told them I don't want it anymore and to give me their best offer to trade into a new one, they came back with most insane and disrespectful offer I had seen, by 8k. Every other LR dealer and other brands, had already offered me 8k, minimum, MORE for my trade and LR HV low balled me and couldn't have cared less. Also, I was told 3 times my car was ready to be picked up, drove 45 mins each way to get it. 2 times it wasn't ready and the problem was still occurring - hence wasting my time for no reason. The 3rd and final time so far, that I picked it up, they missed a number of bolts that had not been put back in and they also gave me my 2024 car back, with scratches and challenges all over the vehicle plastic trim where they clearly had to take all the inside panels apart and then piece it back together. What kind of quality control doesn't see that they're giving the car back to a customer without it being put back together? Clearly, zero quality control what so ever. Their overall dealer communication was unbelievably terrible throughout this whole process. I genuinely feel bad for any customer that has to have service there. I was more than patient, which they completely acknowledged. I just write this to hope someone sees it and doesn't have to go through this same experience in the future. If I get a new Range Rover, I'll go out of my way to go to a further LR dealership in hopes that they actually care about their customers. I also put a very clear MD Lemon Law claim into LR North America that was quickly declined, not surprised. This isn't on the LR HV dealer of course.
