Bad Service, Scammers! Want to keep charging and issue is never fixed. We brought a vehicle in for a check engine light and were told it needed a thermostat. The repair was done without clear communication or proper approval beforehand. After questioning the price, we paid over $400 thinking the issue was resolved. Within two days, the check engine light came back on. We were then told it was a completely different issue that had never been mentioned before. If that problem existed originally, it should have been identified during the first diagnostic. When we asked for documentation or scan reports to understand what changed, we were not provided with anything. Instead of clear explanations and transparency, we were met with dismissive and unprofessional responses. Overall, this experience lacked communication, accountability, and basic customer service. I would not recommend.

Very disappointed and honestly shocked by how I was treated here. They keep extracting money from you. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SKETCHY! I brought my 2018 Jeep Cherokee in for a check engine light. I was quoted almost $550 without prior approval. I questioned the price, pushed back, and ended up paying $442 via Zelle, thinking the issue was fixed. Two days later, the check engine light came back on. Now I’m being told it’s a “separate issue” that was never mentioned before. If that issue existed, it should have been identified during the original scan. I would never have approved the thermostat repair if I had been properly informed. When I asked for scan reports or documentation, I was refused. I was told “I ain’t giving you anything.” That is completely unprofessional. I was not given proper proof of the original diagnosis. I was also pressured to pay via Zelle, which makes it impossible to dispute through a bank. Now I’m being asked for another $500+ for a new repair. This experience felt misleading, poorly communicated, and aggressive. I expected transparency and professionalism, not pressure and refusal to provide basic documentation.

Elmer and his team were amazing. They did amazing job on my car. He was open with pricing, what my car needs. He also showed me options on how to reduce costs and prioritize which ones. After several years of burning cash with so many unreliable and untrustworthy repair shops, I finally found some one whom I entrusted my car. Thanks for the wonderful service.
