Mark is amazing. Everything about this place is everything and more you have ever wanted in a car repair shop. They are honest and go above and beyond with communicating. I will never take my car anywhere else for anything. I really value Mark and how he runs his shop! He was so helpful and understanding when my car needed over 3k in work. I genuiley don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for Mark and his honesty and patience.

We brought our truck to check the air conditioning, hoping that it just needed a recharge. After the truck was inspected, Mark told us there was a minor dent in the compressor, but said that there were no leaks. 20 minutes and an incredibly reasonable $95 recharge special later, we were out the door with ice cold air conditioning. I would absolutely go back, and when I put my other car back on the road, I probably will! It, too, needs an AC charge. Oh, and Mark even gave us a little free (and useful) advice on how to handle dealerships that look for excuses not to take on some recall work that applies to our truck.

Very easy transaction. Had to get some suspension components replaced and an oil leak diagnosed. Dropped the car off, they did the work same day! I payed and picked up. So easy. Mark was super friendly easy to deal with and down to earth.

Ever since they replaced the owners of the place. This place is not our go to. Soon this place will be no good for anyone to go to. I recently just got my car out and told us it was $2000 then told us everything is fixed. Got to VEIP a month later and everything is not fix. They also told me to replace my labor it would be $1500 but took my car to a different shop and said for a brand new labor it would cost $700. That’s a big difference. Never will I ever take my car to this place. Taking advantage of me for sure!
