I can see why y'all have a 4.9 star rating! Absolutely the best experience, which is never the case when your car is super busted. Great service at the desk and on the phone, fast scheduling even though they are super busy. Estimator (shout out Mike, great guy to chat with!) was thorough, and the total cost was appropriate for what was needed. They fixed my car on time, and with great communication. I got TWO phone calls during the week it was worked on giving me status updates, like, who does that!? Love it. Y'all got a customer for life now.

I’ve had my car repaired here for body work twice, all went well. My recent visit, I explained what was wrong with my vehicle and that I hear all the noises from the front end. They keep it for a few hours and told me it was the rear wheel bearing (found that to be odd). I paid $650 to have it replaced, thinking my problem had been corrected. Brought the vehicle back 2 days later, same problem occurs. Explained it to them that it’s something wrong with the front end suspension, they were confident it was my brakes and said that they replaced them free of charge because it was a misunderstanding the first time. Ok great! Drive away and I hear the same noises. I took it to another mechanic and what do ya know… I need ball joints and a stabilizer bar! So, I paid $650 for them to not fix a problem that I wanted fixed. It’s necessary and important to listen to your customers and not just do what you want to do.

I am from out of town and needed a place to tow my car and get it looked at. It turned out it needs some specialized care but they were great at doing the diagnostics and enough so I could drive it away and not making me pay for what they didn't feel comfortable doing. As I say, it was in their rights to charge for more of their work, especially for someone they were probably never going to see again so I really appreciate how they communicated with me and didn't just run up the charges. They get a solid five stars from me.

I don't know how I haven't reviewed Leading Edge before, I swear I had! Quite literally the best place for your regular vehicle maintenance needs and when misfortune strikes, for body repair. My truck is back to new and all cleaned up! They'll work with you and deal with insurance companies with great expertise. YOU are always the priority at Leading Edge!

I have a ‘25 Mazda CX-50 Meridian that after a month of ownership someone scratched the hood. Leading Edge repainted the hood and installed new Meridian hood decals. No evidence of any work being done - looks like new!! Just like Dan said it would. Thanks to the leading Edge Team for a job very well done.
