I had an absolutely amazing experience at Lexus, all thanks to Stephen! From start to finish, he was beyond helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Stephen went above and beyond to answer all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and never made me feel pressured. He truly cared about making sure I was happy and comfortable with my decision. If you’re going to this dealership, I highly recommend asking for Stephen specifically. He made everything so great, and I would definitely come back just to work with him again. He is beyond amazing!

I went to Len Stoler Lexus for a scheduled maintenance service. The service was performed but the maintenance required setting was not reset and removed from my dashboard after the service was completed. I called and informed them and they asked me to bring the car back to remove it … after I informed them maybe I can do it myself if they send me a video on how to remove it via you tube that would be helpful instead of me missing work for there Errors that would be fine ! The video was never sent and the service coordinator never followed up !!! Very poor service!

He ensured my RX350 was thoroughly cared for by his technicians and identified issues I hadn’t even noticed, making sure they were properly addressed. He also showed me how to save money on all my service visits over the next two years. He even took care of a recall that I didn't even know about. Tyron was amazing to work with. I actually came in the day before my appointment. And Tyron was able to work me in the schedule. My car had routine maintenance but had 3 recalls as well. Tyron was able to get all three completed, got me a loaner, and had my car completed and washed before 4pm. Amazing work by the Lexus team and Tyron. Thank you for fitting me on a tight schedule and making my visit a great one at Len Stoler Lexus!
