We went there a year ago and a half ago for an oil change and they scratched off the paint on the driver's side handle and side of the door... and then lied about it. We got them to fix it up (after 14 months of them not being able to get us an appointment with their paint guy) only to realize that the paint they applied was much darker on the handle, and that they did not even touch up the rest of the door... The manager admitted the handle did not match and was supposed to get the whole thing fixed , but went on medical leave. We've waited out of respect for him, but the staff is now arguing with us about this issue, acting like this is not their fault. The acting manager has made the accusation that "we do not know if we even are the ones who damaged the door in the first place." It has been 18 months now and after being more than patient, we do not appreciate the rudeness. Avoid this dealership at all cost!!!!
