Once again Ford Service Center doesn’t disappoint with their garbage customer service. Makes me not want to buy a Ford ever again until I move from here, just so I don’t have to take it to them. Horrible customer service

I should have figured at first it was a bad idea to take my Expedition in for a routine check, oil change and replace a burned out directional lamp bulb. First, I had to call several times because I was put on hold for at least 10 minutes on 4 different calls. Then I dropped my vehicle off at 1:00 for a 2:00 appointment. The guy at the desk was a sales guy filling in because everyone was in a meeting. He told me to write my name on a post-it note and someone would call me. No call ever came, so at 5:00pm I called for status. I was told service was done but they were still waiting on parts department for bulb. I told them I needed my car so I was dropped off at 5:30 to pick up car. At that time, I was told they did not have the bulb in stock. There is an auto part store right down the street where they could have bought a bulb. Anyway, they did give me the oil change for free. I picked up the bulb myself and replaced it quickly. My issue is they kept my car all afternoon for oil change and told me they were waiting for parts department to give them the bulb. But, in the end they never had it. Not confident anyone knows what is going on.

99% sure the mechanic made up a diagnosis for what was wrong with my truck so they could collect their diagnostic fee. They declined to fix because of the age and condition of the truck. But I had the problem fixed anyway elsewhere, and it didn’t fix my excessive shaking. Thanks.

If you're reading this having doubts about this place due to a past experience with the service center, do not doubt. I'm not sure what they did, but their service department has turned it around. Their communication, dedication, persistence has improved to where if I could rate this service center a 6, I would. Kudos to Charlie and Liam
