They have had my vehicle for over 2 weeks. The first update I’ve gotten from them without having to call myself was 2 days ago letting me know they didn’t forget about me and that they haven’t seen my car yet. I was promised a diagnosis by Tuesday and never even got a call from them. At one point they told me they had no record of my car being there and this was a week after having it in their possession. Later got a call saying they “found” it. Most awful experience I have had with any dealership or shop. Next time I will take my car anywhere else but here…here it is Christmas Eve and I’m still without a vehicle. They have had it since Dec. 6.

Currently my car is being held HOSTAGE!!! No one is calling back and I have called several times!! This place keeps getting worse and worse!! Switching to a one star!! If you want service done here plan for the entire day to sit. Last time four hours and this time going on two. Bring a snack and water! GOOD LUCK!
