The service provided at Lexus of Towson is unparalleled. The level of customer service is the best I have ever experienced as it relates to dealer provided service of a luxury car. This is the first time I felt valued as a customer in over 25 years of owning a luxury vehicle. The entire team was extremely responsive and courteous from start to finish. I am a new customer to Lexus of Towson and was lucky to have been assigned Scott Johnson as my service advisor. Scott is extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus brand and was able to work with the mechanic assigned to my vehicle to address all questions I had with my new Lexus. I have shared this positive service experience with several people and encouraged them to make Lexus and Lexus of Towson their choice when it is time to purchase a new vehicle.

I have the very best service rep. I just love him. We’ve been together for about 20 years. I actually followed him from Owings Mills. He is not only my service rep he is family. He takes his time with you explaining what you need in detail. He’s trustworthy. I’ve never had to question his advice. His name is Scott Johnson at Lexus of Townsend. I love him because he is the best.

Made an appointment to get an oil change and adjust my fuel filler door. The appointment took a little while, but I They were very swamped with the amount of cars coming in. Actually, I was pretty satisfied. I needed some updates and they set that up for next month and I’m going to have a loaner car overnight so everybody was friendly polite and we’re very helpful answering any questions I had. I was especially surprise when they washed and vacuumed my car, clean the windows, and mats. The Chevrolet dealer doesn’t do that that’s for sure
