I took the car there once to replace the driver side inside door handle. They had quoted $15 for the labor which surprised me. I was happy at this cheap rate, but when I went to the appointment, they paid little attention to me. After waiting for an hour, I was highly frustrated, and started to leave. The mechanic began yelling at me saying that he had already bought the new handle for me, and I had to pay for it. He was extremely rude and almost threatening. I paid for the door handle, walked out, and replaced it myself at home. Will never recommend this place.

We had a great experience dealing with LF Autos. Very fair price, and they bent over backwards to make care of the one problem we had. And that was after the check was cashed and we were off the lot. NET NET: I do and will recommend them to friends and family, and I will do business with them again if the situation presents itself. Thanks!

This place is anything but honest and kind. The words Customer Service means absolutely nothing to this business, maybe that is why they hardly get any in the first place and now I know why. Both Jessica and George are liars. Any challenge you oppose towards them will end in a lawsuit against you. Bottom line is they want to give a cheap service, but want top dollars. If I had known they didn't have certified mechanics at this place, I would not allowed them to touch my car. I live with the regret everyday.

Bought my truck from them about 4 weeks ago.had a problem with it the next day...right front wheel was making a loud noise....took it back and Nick drove it and said yes that's not right.i dropped it off the next day....had to wait a bit for them to find what was wrong and order the part...but it was done in a timely and professional manner....I also went down a week ago to grab my tags.i had no holder for the front plate ,which right away demitry got on puter and ordered me one....I just went down the day and they installed it for me....I like both these guy,s.....I gave 4 stars for now,but if anything pops up and I keep getting this kinda service,I,ll be back to give it 5.....Rick from Hampden......
