This company strives for and achieves quality work, professionalism, friendly customer service, friendly shop personnel and so much more. They go the extra mile for quality assurance and customer satisfaction guaranteed. What a nice and friendly staff, no matter who I talked to they listened to my questions and concerns and replied with professionalism, friendliness, and patience. They certainly have the experience and knowledge in both the work they do and customer service. From the office to the shop managers and technicians they know what they were doing and they are doing it right. :) I highly recommend this company. Thank you LF Truck Repair!

We brought our company truck in for a lift gate repair. Knowing very little about what I was getting myself into, they were communicative and reasonably priced. We had an urgent need to get our truck back on the road and needed to get payment issued in a way that only Jennifer was able to help with. She was out of the office for the day and still called me before end of business to resolve, which was greatly appreciated! Thank you, LF Truck Repair! We hope to not need your services any time soon, but will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself!

EXCELLENT body work, but VERY slow and owner does not care about any other collision related details. Took 5 months to get my RV in and out. (1 month for 60+ hours work when they finally started working on it) 2 months just to write the estimate after I did the leg work of finding the parts in KY. Even if you are full-time RVer they will put emergency vehicles and work trucks ahead of you and keep bumping you back. (The former is understandable, but my home is as important as a work truck). I arrived to pick up my "completed" vehicle to find: mirror part not replaced, part supplier sent the wrong part, but body shop didn't try to get it corrected nor notify me so I could. Gashed tire not replaced, didn't start to look for it until a week prior to my picking up and they had it for months ... during a period of supply chain issues. Didn't tell me about the tire still being an issue until I was picking it up. Bike rack was damaged (someone didn't turn on the backup camera backed it into something) found that upon pickup. Did compensate me for it, but another issue to resolve with only days before a cross country trip for work. Windshield was cracked 2', not their fault, a chip repair failed, but again no notification/communication so I could deal with it while on their lot/garage for 5 months. Generator seals are now bad, burning oil. $10K to replace. Was not an issue the Fall before. I asked (begged) them to be sure to run my generator at least once a week during the cold winter... I have no way of knowing if they did or not, but I have my doubts. In short go anyplace else if you can for an RV repair. Trouble is finding another RV body shop ... there is one in Hanover PA.
