I decided to try LMW when my car was due for an oil change. The staff was courteous, friendly and very accommodating.The estimate of time required for the service was rather quick so I opted to remain onsite. The customer waiting area was comfortable, WiFi-equipped and spotlessly clean! An extremely positive experience! I will definitely return to LMW for future vehicle service needs.

The Staff was completely amazing! Caroline and Vince went above and beyond giving me extremely helpful information beyond what my car was being serviced for. Its been a very long time since I have encountered folks that care about you. I took the additional services because it genuinely felt like they cared about me and my vehicle. Do not consider bringing your vehicle, just come. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I highly recommend LMW for fair and honest work. Trusting your mechanic to take care of your car is the most important aspect. You can't go wrong with LMW. Whether you have a Lexus/Toyota, or a Mercedes/BMW they'll take good care of you. Duane's attention to detail is next to none, and he and the rest of the crew will work with you and take good care of you. It's hard to come by shops like this anymore that are willing to accommodate and work with the customer. I can't recommend this shop enough for all of your vehicle repair/maintenance needs.

LMW is top tier. Extremely helpful and friendly staff that make you feel like your car is one of their own. I took my 2017 Hyundai Elantra in for an oil leak back in August 2025 to find out the seal was completely bad. I’m a student, and they loaned me a personal company car for no additional charge while they took mine in. They took care of everything I needed top to bottom for an extremely reasonable price, and I have been in contact with them ever since. Haven’t had any issues with what they fixed. Shout out to Vince and the entire team for being so hands on and helping with my situation.
