LMW Auto repair is an excellent place. Their customer service is top notch. Mackenzie Yox the service advisor was beyond great. She has was extremely friendly, helpful and communicated consistently which made the process easier. With any changes she called right away and explained things that made me feel comfortable and confident. When she didn't have the answers she made a priority to get the information to answer my questions. She offered me a $100 discount knowing that I already over 5k payment and it was a good gesture that she didn't have to do. Brandon Siegel the service manager was top notch as well. Great communication and transparent throughout the process. He gave me an unbelievable curiosity with a free work that he didn't have to with no charge. I couldn't thank him enough. Finally the Technician Jason an unbelievable job with fixing my 2014 Nissan maxima. With all the work needed, he finished beyond schedule to ensure I got my car back early. Overall my first time working with LMW auto repair was excellent and will definitely recommend it.

I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and balance. I used a coupon mailer that I had received. Mackenzie helped me to schedule my appointment and was great to work with. I waited at the shop while the work was completed on my car and it was quick and a job well done. I will return here for future maintenance and recommend this shop to others.

Best auto repair shop in Randallstown. The staff is professional and upfront. They are also quick and efficient when it comes to your automobiles needs. My family has been customers for the last two years and we've been highly satisfied after every visit. Shout-out to Mackenzie and Brandon who works there.

I needed new tires before I drove my truck on a vacation trip. I called LMW to see if they could help me the week before I left. Mackenzie and Brandon were more than accommodating. They worked me into the schedule, ordered my tires, and installed them onto my truck before I had to leave. They worked with my schedule, provided excellent work, and customer service.
