The guy was rude with his first sentence. He was ignorant with his second sentence and downright nasty by his 3rd. We only had 3 sentences together and our communication lasted for less than a minute. He had no idea what I was there for. I don't know what is going on in his life to make him so repugnant; his reviews don't seem like he's a bad guy. But, let me tell ya', I will NEVER, NEVER EVER(!) use his services, nor will I recommend him to anyone.

I was looking to get a state inspection completed and got a recommendation to check Locklair out. They're an honest and small repair shop located off of Lincoln Rd. They're charging the best value for state inspections in the area and were a pleasure to work with. I nearly fainted when I called around Annapolis and was getting quotes for +$160 for a standardized inspection. These guys are locals and understand what the average person needs in both reliability and honesty. Will do business again

Just had an excellent experience here! I needed a state inspection rather urgently , and actually had an appointment with a popular automotive franchise. The appointment was at 8am, and the other franchise decided to call me at 7:30 in the morning, 30 minutes prior to my appointment, to inform me that they no longer provide state inspections. I’d of course already arranged my day around dropping my car off, so I called around and luckily John and his team could fit me in. Not only were they extremely accommodating and professional, but they had my car inspected and ready to go within two hours of drop off. Very grateful that another business’ unprofessionalism steered me towards Locklair. Will definitely use them again!

Our 2009 GMC Acadia died on Rt 50, we had the car towed there based on the recommendation of our son's friend. And John was great. the service was great. Car was unscheduled and fixed in a day. We have found our new home for auto service repair!! So nice to work with the owner of the business.
