I have been coming here for the past 2 years for the usual maintenance. Recently, my car needed many repairs to pass state inspection -Lorenzo and his team worked diligently and efficiently on the repairs and stayed a little after close to get them done. I was able to receive my car the same day! Overall, I thank them for getting all the repairs done, for their determination, and flexibility. I passed the state inspection because of them :) God bless them and this business.

I have been to Lorenzos twice now. The first time i was in a bit of a panic because my window stopped working and was stuck down and i had tried 3 different mechanics and none of them could take me that day. I live in a neighborhood where your car could easily be gone by morning. He took me an hour before closing to try and fix it and when he couldn’t get the part till the next day, let me leave my car safe in his garage overnight so he could fix it first thing in the morning when he had the part. I am extremely grateful to him and his guys. They are honest, efficient, respectful and understanding guys. Not to mention one of the most reasonably priced mechanics I’ve worked with. I came back for an oil change and it was done in an hour. Thank you so much Lorenzo!! You’ve earned a loyal customer 😊

I went to Lorenzo's Shop to get a few things replaced. Such as my brake pads and I also got my disc replaced. Got new rims installed and got my headlights cleaned. May I say that everybody did a great job! They really took care of me. I got great quality work for such an affordable price. I live an hour and a half away from this shop and I will always drive to Lorenzo's shop because I know he's knowledgeable and gets everything done in great timing. I'd recommend anybody to Lorenzo's Auto Shop. Great work! Great team! Best shop I've ever been too!

They overcharge, communication is not good. They will mess one part up while fixing another just for you to spend more money! I HIGHLY recommend NOT to go to them especially a guy by the name Givonni (I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name right). They charged me $100 for a water pump & the labor was $450, then to tell me that my radiator was leaking at first .. charged me $200 for the radiator and $200 for the labor, then to turn around and tell me that my thermostat housing is leaking, they would’ve charged me ANOTHER $450. This the catch that got me, he tells me about my thermostat AFTER THE FACT! I got my car back with my car smoking, I didn’t bring my car to them smoking so they clearly did something to my thermostat! If the coolant leak wasn’t leaking bad I wouldn’t had went to them. But they were the closest and I didn’t want to keep driving on my car so I had no choice, but I know in the future to NEVER go to them again. If you are in the Owings Mills area, the Shell gas station by Safeway is way BETTER!!! They lil expensive but it will be worth it. They will NEVER overcharge you and they work is definitely worth the money.TRUST ME!
