The 2 guys who work in the shop are very knowledgeable, fair and informative. It's super refreshing to go to a shop and not feel jerked around. The umbrella plant on the front desk is amazing as well!!! They're in an amazing location that's super convenient for when you have to go to the MVA and plenty of stuff nearby if you need something to do while they are working on your car. Parking is very limited so make sure to call ahead and set an appointment

They are Absolutely the worst shop I have ever done business with. All they do is try take your money and charge you for extra labor. I brought a battery from here. Completely under a 30 month warranty. They wanted to charge me 61 dollars to tell me my battery was dead after two shops already told me this was the case. This is not the first time they have tried to rip me off.

I first wanna start by saying Lisa customer service was A1, very nice and informative. I was referred to this shop and decided to give it a try based off reviews and really needing to get my truck fixed,With three kids in the back you really don’t wanna drive with your check engine light on. So with all the being said I’m truly disappointed in the service. I called on Tuesday got quoted $500 for the repair needed but brought my car in Wednesday for them to double check and make the job and price was accurate, they confirmed the price of $500 after further review and told me my truck should be ready Monday. Monday comes i get a phone call from Lisa and she tells me it looks like their is another issue that needed to be addressed(spark plug replacement) and with the discount provided it would only be $1300, now I’m no car mechanic and i don’t know much about cars but that doesn’t sound right. I call my husband and father in law who both are pretty knowledgeable and they pretty much explained they were trying to double charge me and get over. We told Lisa that we couldn’t afford that at this time and to just fix what we originally came in for. We will get that done later if need be but from my understanding if that job was needed it wouldn’t cost an extra $800. Moving forward my nerves are now bad I’m anxious to get my car back, are these people really trying to get over on me ?, will they do something to make us come back?. My thoughts are all over the place. My husband calls and tells me he spoke with Lisa again after turning down the additional work and she claims They ordered the wrong part for the original job that was quoted at $500 and the new price with the correct part is now $700 with tax. Coincidence I think not. I find it funny that it took them a day or so to get the incorrect part but was able to get the correct part same day. Like i said i don’t know much about cars but i know people and i know when someone is trying to get over. Customer service was great Lisa was very nice but i will not be going back they cannot be trusted in my book

We just tried Lou's Auto for the first time. The owner could not be any kinder. Gave a very fair price and the turnaround was awesome. Thank you will definitely go back

I decided to write this review after thinking about it. First if you want friendly service this is your place. But if your concerned about price you may want to go elsewhere. I was quoted a price after they looked at the job and agreed to it.[even though it was high]. When I got my bill they added another 20.00 to it plus 21.00 for 'shop supplies'' I don't know how you can use 21.00 in supplies to install a battery. It's a shame I was hoping I found a honest place to have my car serviced. While I'm sure they did a good job, 300.00+ for a battery is just crazy. Nice people Outrageous prices. Enjoy that extra 20.00 i'm sure you need it more than someone on a limited income.
