My experience purchasing a Lucid Air at Tysons Corner studio was phenomenal. A special thank you goes to my sales associate, Reza, who patiently worked with me over a week to meticulously detail every option, feature, and trim. Reza was so patient as we went over the preliminary numbers and eventually the contracts leading up to delivery day. The exceptional service continued on delivery day with Dan, who spent over an hour personally setting up every aspect of the car for my family and me. The car itself is an absolute marvel of engineering, and the team at the Tysons Lucid studio made the entire process a five-star experience.

BEWARE!!!!! Please check into their Service Department before buying/leasing. We have two Lucid Airs. One of them has the steering wheel lock as we were trying to leave a parking garage. We were stuck. Lucid sent a tow truck. This was Thursday. Today is Saturday and we called to get a status on the repair and to get the loaner we were told we get. The Service department didn’t even know our car was there. We had to keep beeping the horn through the app so they could locate the car in their parking lot. They also said there are still no loaner cars and we should think positively that one would be returned. That is simply unacceptable and not what our contract says. No loaner car. No service either.

Purchased my first EV this week and chose the Lucid Air. Couldn’t be happier with the car, which is an amazing feet of automotive engineering but wanted to spend a second talking about delivery. I took delivery at the Lucid Studio Center in Tysons, VA. First class experience from start to finish. Daniel, my delivery specialist spent an hour with me answering my questions, setting up my profile, and explaining every subsystem in this amazing car so that I could take full advantage of my ownership experience. Incredible experience! I went in to get some general information and ended up taking a test drive! The consultant James was awesome, we took a grand touring model around the block and it is no joke. If you are considering an ev vehicle definitely take a look at what Lucid has to offer, and if you are close to this location drop in they are great!

I stopped in to test drive the Air Touring while in DC on a business trip. Reza was very helpful and professional in explaining the car and the order process. When it came time to order, Reza made the process seamless and arranged pickup for us in Chicago. Highly recommend working with Reza, and getting the Air. It's the size of an E class, the luxury and interior space of an S class, and the driving dynamics of a 5 series BMW. A truly epic motorcar!
