On a late rainy night in Prince Fredrick County my car was stuck on a soggy hill. I called the two paid towing services that I have and got jerked around for two hours. Both services eventually admitted that they had no one who would come tow me out until in the morning. My friend googled and found Madinah Towing, they said they could be there in 30 minutes, however the price would be a bit higher due to the 3:00 AM time and the weather conditions. I was so happy to hear a yes and that I didn’t have to wait another three hours. True to his word, the driver showed up and had me out in 6 minutes! I highly recommend this company because they keep their word. Dependable and timely.

Madinah Towing and Repairs helped me out tremendously today! Mr. Z and his staff were swift and efficient, reassuring me of my situation. They kept everyone involved up to date with new information, were very thorough, and most importantly…incredibly kind to the four college girls who had to get a tow and a repair. Although a situation like this can be very unsettling, I felt very safe and at ease when speaking with the staff, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is in the area and needs help. My Jeep broke down at the beginning of rush hour this afternoon and I called Madinah for a tow truck. They gave me an estimated arrival time and arrived exactly when they said they would. The responded very quickly, provided fast & efficient service (the Jeep was on the rollback in a matter of minutes), and were polite and upbeat throughout. What more could you ask for when you're stranded on the side of the road?! Great interaction, added them to my contact list for future needs.

The owner was incredibly professional and courteous, making the entire transaction seamless—even while I was at work. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to most companies in the area, which was a pleasant surprise. I requested a call in advance to ensure someone was home to meet them, and they followed through perfectly. The driver was quick, methodical, and highly skilled in removing the vehicle.
