Avoid these scam artists at ALL cost. My driver side mirror glass fell off and it simply needed a $10 glass mirror replacement that I could have Easily applied myself. Madonna Auto took advantage of me and charged me roughly $200 claiming they replaced my entire side view... NOT just the mirror, which they lied and said couldn't be replaced without another full install of a side view which is just ridiculous and false. My side view still has a distinct blue paint mark on it that was there when I purchased the vehicle in 2011. They replaced NOTHING except the $10 mirror glass that I Easily could have gotten at AutoZone or Amazon and applied myself. The women who work in the office are beyond unprofessional and rude. Both women have lied to me on multiple occasions. Their stories always changing and lacking sense in a sad attempt to charge me more money. These people are common scam artists who rip you off and then attempt to gas light you by calling you childish names such as "crazy and delirious" as the owner "Brian" called me immediately after I called him out about ripping me off $200 for something he Never replaced and didn't even need replacing to begin with. That's Fraud as well as Theft. My Father owned a buisness up until a couple years ago when he decided to sell. My father has given Madonna Auto an insane amount of business including multiple company and personal vehicles spanning over 30+ years, yet they still robbed his son. These people are despicable and I beg anyone to please stay away and not get ripped off as I did... I truly did Not want to write this but honestly believe I would be doing anyone seeking to do business with Madonna Auto a disservice if I kept this horrific information to myself

Used to like and trust this shop. Years ago, I took my Excursion there to replace the rear bumper. They did a fantastic job and fixed the rear proximity sensors as well. All within the estimated budget and timeframe. It only seemed logical to go again when I needed the trailer hitch replaced last month. What an unwelcome difference: this round, they replaced the hitch but charged me 4 times the estimated amount (without any pre-authorization to do so), did the work in a week, as opposed to the promised one day and.. lo-and-behold, broke the proximity sensors as well. Downright fraud. What an unpleasant surprise and how comes that a lot of automotive businesses seem to succumb to a sort of malaise around here looking more and more like outright fraud. Well... will be treated as such; this needs to stop and if some have to go out of business for that.. so be it.

I've been taking my vehicles to Madonna Auto for service for almost 6 years now, and they've always done a stellar job. Beyond just friendly, they are honest and trustworthy and are more concerned about getting your car fixed right than making an extra buck the way a dealer or less reputable shop might. Whenever I've had a pile of issues at once, they'll take time to explain everything, and if I can't always afford a fully repair they'll tell me what I should do for safety and what can wait a while longer. I tell everyone who will listen to take their car to Madonna Auto. And they have a body shop, too!

Great repair shop with friendly and attentive staff, and top notch repair techs. I had my car towed there after a deer jumped right into the side of my car. I figured it was totalled but insurance Co wanted to fix it. These folks did an awesome job and my car looks better than it did before the accident! They also got it done in a timely manner considering all the supply chain issues right now. I definitely recommend!
