I had some transmission issues with my 2019 Toyota Highlander and ended up having a bunch of work done by the guys at Manchester Motors Service Department. I communicated mostly with Aaron, and he was great to deal with. He was very communicative, and kept me updated on everything going on with the car. I can't speak as highly as I used about Toyota's reliability, but I'd happily use these guys for vehicle services going forward!

My Wife's 2012 Expedition EL Limited's battery was having issues and the sub-freezing temperatures did not help the situation. Jack & Scott were excellent and provided a detailed analysis of their inspection and made recommendations on what was needed and proceeded with the repairs that got my wife back on the road. Everyone at this establishment is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent place for a Maryland vehicle inspection. Very thorough. Went here for a car inspection and somehow I had a nail in my tire. They quickly removed it and did a patch for me on the spot! I highly recommend them!
