This place is great! They truly are experts. My bug has never run better. I wish I had been going to them all along.

I ordered a set of replacement keys for my Golf through Mark's web page/email. He was responsive, to the point and two new keys turned around and sent to me quickly and affordably. Just had to send a photo of the current key I had and the VIN number + PayPal email. Got the immobilizer and remotes matched up myself (does require some fairly expensive tools, but I work on VWs myself, so they eventually pay for themselves) and everything works as it should! Will be back again should I need any other VW "sidewinder" keys made for the various old VWs I keep around and have in the family. Thanks Mark!

I have been going to this Shop since 1994. I bought my first car from Mark 1 and have had my last 3 VW's serviced there and they have been nothing but helpful and have never lead me in the wrong direction. This past visit was no exception, Got in got my oil change in fact have a TSI motor they are one of the handful around that actually carry my filter that I need (A lot of other places have to order it if I am not going to the dealer) I wanted my serpentine belt replaced but was told that I probably have another 10K miles on it (Thanks for saving me some $). And on top of that even put on the Rotor's and Break pads that I brought in with out trying to push me to buying new ones from them. In the end I love my service there and will always be a customer!

Horrible Experience. First they don't even speak when you walk in. I said okay, maybe they are no social people and i can deal with that. What I can't deal with is paying to have my speedometer cable replaced and oil changed incorrectly. I paid for a brand new speedometer cable and labor that they apparently installed. The next day everything was going fine until I was traveling on I70 and the speedometer started going crazy. Then within ten minutes of driving, my car racked up 10,000 miles on the odometer. YES 10,000 miles in only 10 minutes. These people don't know what they are doing. I then decided to check my oil to see if they changed it and of course they didn't. Oil was black. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE! Your car will last a hell of a lot longer if you take it somewhere else or do things yourself.

I have been taking my 2004 Jetta TDI there for years. They do great work at a good price. I go up there all the way from Gaithersburg! Every once in awhile I get tired of the drive, and try a different shop, always kick myself, after that.
