I’m very disappointed with the service I received for general maintenance and a wheel alignment. After the visit, my vehicle drove worse than before—steering felt off, and the car pulled to one side almost immediately. This raises serious concerns about whether the alignment was done correctly or at all. Communication was poor, and no clear explanation was given about the work performed. I was charged full price without being shown alignment results or proof of proper maintenance. For a service that directly affects safety, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop for wheel alignment or general maintenance based on my experience. Customers deserve transparency, accuracy, and quality workmanship—none of which I received here

A friend recommended them, and the outcome was beyond my expectation. I had a collission 2 weeks ago, & many shops couldn't take me immediately, but marlboro took me and even towed my car from the tow lot. They did both collision repair and mechanic repair to the car. I'm recommending them as their service was great.

I thought my starter needed to be replaced and sent it to chrsysler. They couldn't figure out the problem but Marlboro Auto found and fixed the issue for me. I'll admit I was skeptical because if the dealer couldn't fix it how could Marlboro Auto. They proved me wrong and got my car back starting for me.
